Самарские ученые создали уникальный гибкий материал для инфракрасных фотодетекторов
В Самарском университете разработан новый гибкий материал, способный реагировать на инфракрасное излучение. Исследователи уверены, что этот материал найдет широкое применение в медицинских и научных устройствах, а также на космических аппаратах.
Инфракрасные фотодетекторы используются в системах противопожарной безопасности, камерах и смартфонах. Эффект преобразования света в электрический ток обеспечивается внутренним фотоэффектом, при котором концентрация электронов увеличивается, когда свет попадает на чувствительные элементы. Однако обычные фотодетекторы изготавливаются на жестких и хрупких подложках, которые не гнутся и не сжимаются, что усложняет их применение.
По словам научного руководителя проекта, доцента Самарского университета Трипати Нишанта, фотодетектор на основе TiS2-AgNO3 превосходит по ряду параметров существующие аналоги. Наночастицы нитрата серебра, находящиеся в чувствительном материале, значительно повышают его эффективность. Также Нишант отметил, что такой фотодетектор будет полезен в медицинской диагностике, например, для измерения концентрации кислорода в крови, что важно для оценки работы дыхательной, сердечно-сосудистой и кроветворной систем, а также для профилактики и терапии заболеваний дыхательных путей.
Эксперты предполагают применение нового фотодетектора и в космосе, где большие гибкие области детекторов помогут определять состав газов на борту космических кораблей. Это критически важно для мониторинга состояния атмосферы. При этом, для размещения фотодетекторов на изогнутых поверхностях не придется менять технологию их изготовления.
