Правительство Российской Федерации утвердило план реализации Стратегии предупреждения и контроля антимикробной резистентности до 2030 года (распоряжение № 2214-р).
Документ включает несколько законодательных инициатив, таких как введение административной ответственности за неправильное использование ветеринарных препаратов, обновление клинических рекомендаций и стандартов медицинской помощи. Кроме того, предусмотрены кампании по информированию населения о недопустимости употребления антибиотиков без рецепта, изменения в образовательных программах для медицинских и ветеринарных специалистов, внедрение унифицированных алгоритмов для выявления и идентификации возбудителей инфекционных заболеваний человека, включая антибиотикорезистентные штаммы, с использованием молекулярно-биологических методов, а также поддержка научных исследований в данной области.
